Your letter dated June, 7th is well received. Concerning the 3,000sets of Double Offset Ring Spanners under Purchase Contract No. 80616, we response as below:

According to the signed contract, the said goods must be shipped seperately by average 3 lots on April, June and August. But up to now, you haven't shipped even the first lot. My clients are eagerly waiting for the goods, They are very surprised of such a delay.

Please do ship the first lot and second lot together by the end of June, or our clients will be unsatisfied of your delay shipment. It may cause the cancellation of the order. and they will order the goods from other suppliers.

Please inform us the exact shipment date as soon as possible.
