卖方应保证其对在本合同项下提供的设备拥有充分、完整的所有权，

The Seller must guarantee its full and complete ownership of the equipment under this Contract;

其有充分的权力和授权出售本合同项下的设备。

The Seller must have full power to sell and authorize the right to sell the equipment under this Contract.

卖方在本合同项下提供的设备不会侵犯任何人的所有权、知识产权和其他合法权益。

That the Seller supplies the equipment under the Contract will not violate any ownership, intellectual property right and other legitimate rights and interests.

PS：法律合同种的任何一方名字首字母需要大写，以示强调，“合同”此处特指，首字母宜大写！

前述条款所赋予的程序不得影响（指减损或排除）任何有管辖权的法院根据每个案件的进行情况追究刑事责任。

一照前款法律规定，在授诉法院接到当事人其他起诉和被诉时、不得因其受到刑事责任的追究而受任何影响，授诉法院应当依据其他诉讼法律的规定受案审理。

根据每个诉讼的判决结果，执行条款所授权的执行过程，不得歧视任何向司法机关提起的刑事责任诉讼。
